I keep myself at the cutting edge of inclusion by continuing my work as a passionate diversity and inclusion activist and educator, working with the community in Brighton and London to affect change for LGBTQ+ people. I have led a multi-awarding winning employee network, developed diversity and role model lessons for Brighton and Hove City Council and delivered large-scale partnerships with Brighton and Hove Pride.
